If science would have been a person, almost everybody would have called it a good friend, a dependable ally. We don’t even realize to what extent science is an integral part of our daily lives. From Thomas Edison, Graham Bell, and many other great inventors, they are behind the comfort we are so used to now! From waking up to dozing off, from appliances in the kitchen to the news we receive via satellites, from looking at airplanes when we raise our head up, till gauging earthquakes and saving lives, we need science. So since we are so dependent on science we thought to dedicate this article to world’s friend.
Here’s our list of 4 contemporary must have’s that help us accomplish our goal of leading a happy and healthy life! There are many others as well but for now, we picked just these:

Don’t squint your eyes. I know juices are an accompaniment to breakfast and something we catch up on as a quick healthy refreshment. 4. Wake Up Light:
A lamp or an alarm clock is common in every household, but science has given us Wake up lamps. All who love to sleep would know the importance and for those who don’t, sleep aids in boosting memory immunity, recovers body and others. But our lifestyle these days has had a negative impact on our waking and sleeping patterns. The solution by science is the wake-up lamp which creates dusk and dawn environment helping us to wake/sleep naturally. It uses light and sound therapy to give you that essential rested rest.
