- Thinking of your work or the things to do: We can understand, you have a lot of work pressure, however, never think of your work pressure or your to-do list in the morning just after waking up. This can make you feel disturbed and frustrated throughout the day. Psychologists say, if you start planning your daily work in the morning, you will start your day with tension. And, we all know taking tension is extremely harmful to our health
