Nuts are good for diabetics as they contain healthy fats and protein while being low in carbohydrates. Nuts are crunchy and tasty and require no preparation to eat.

Doctors might recommend you avoid any sugary items like milkshakes but smoothies are here to save the day for you. You can make smoothies out of fruits and vegetables. You can mix the latter things with some coconut water too.
