Crossfit is not for the people with conditions like cardiac disease, pre-existing injuries (ie) back problems, ACL tear, knee or elbow injury, biomechanical issues, osteoporosis, or any other health condition should not try this. People who are out of shape or obese should not start with Crossfit as it is more than what they can chew.
